Here is my 11th Quick Write.
Bullying. A worldwide epidemic that has taken the lives of way too many. I am a student at Hale Charter Academy and I have had first hand experience with bullying. I was verbally and physical bullied. I was called raciest things, called words of profanity, kicked, hit, and slapped. If I was in charge I would try my hardest to stop bullying. To do this I would change advisory to a bullying sessions so that kids could speak up if they were getting bullied. So far this isn't the best idea but it gets better. There would be a separate room that kids would go into to see their teacher and talk. What if they're too scared to talk to someone. Well, you'd have the choice of either writing down, record yourself talking about it, or you could video yourself. If bullies were caught they wold be talked to why they were bullying. Sometimes it is because of personal reasons. If that was the case, I would try to work those things out. They wold still be sent to the dean for a day as punishment for bullying in the first place instead of suspension. If they were bullying just to bully, then they would be expelled and transferred to another school. Hopefully my plans to stop bullying would work but it is hard to stop a worldwide epidemic, not impossible.
