Quick Write: Mr. McCabe; Character Assertion of William and Margot

Here is my 29th Quick Write.
Friday.

Mr. McCabe is an intelligent person. I know this because he always has interesting facts and stories about what we are learning. He is also very young spirited. I know this because he coaches his son's soccer team and many men his age wouldn't even think of doing that. I also saw Mr. McCabe out at the P.E. field, running the mile at school. He got a time of 8:15 and I think that is outstanding even though I beat him with a time of 7:35. All in all, Mr. McCabe is no doubt an amazing teacher, father, and man.

William is a mean person. I know this because he pushed and shoved Margot. This is mean because the actions are disrespectful and everyone deserves the respect they give. William is also mean because he teased Margot and said that the Sun wasn't really going to come out. This is mean because Margot was waiting for 7 years and he crushed her dreams of seeing the Sun.
Margot is a very solemn person. She is a solemn person because she never made contact with the other kids. This shows she's solemn because she wanted the be alone and detached from activities. She is also solemn because when the kinds were all pushing and poking her she didn't react. This proves she is solemn because she didn't want to have anything to do with them no matter what.

Quick Write: Meany!!!

Here is my 28th Quick Write.
TODAY IS MY 12TH BIRTHDAY!!!

One time when I was younger, I was writing a paragraph on my life and then I went off on this huge tangent of how evil brother was. I did this to my younger brother, Sam. I did this because I was bored and wanted to write about my life. I was writing about the time when I was 3 and I broke my foot either 10 days before or after my brother was born and how that meant he was a sign of evil. I meant it to be funny, but my parents didn't interpret it that way, especially my mom. She made my erase all my hard work and got a little mad at me. Now, when I look back on it, I was a little 7 year old who wasted her rime writing about her life when there were a million better things to do.

Quick Write: Better to Have Loved and Lost , Than Never to Have Loved at All

Hump-Day!!! Day Before My Birthday!!!!!

If I had to choose between having one thing for one day and never again, or, never having it at all then I would definitely want to have it for one day. I choose this because to have fame for a day and be totally popular then that would be awesome. To have a big mansion with 5 pools and jacuzzis would be heavenly. Most people think that to have something for only one day isn't good because then you'll remember having it and always look back and want it. I say, "Wouldn't you want the memory to look back on. Always knowing that there was a true moment in your life when you were extremely happy. Like Shakespeare said, "Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all."

Quick Write: Raining all the Time

Here is my 26th Quick Write.
Tuesday.

If it was always raining then i would stay inside all the tiem. While inside I would invent a revolutionary umbrella. It would cover your whole body. It would have heating, TV, and a built in phone and refrigerator. It would cost $49.99 plus tax. Shipping and handling would cost $9.99 any where in the US. Anywhere outside of the US or expedited shipping would cost $14.99. I would definitely make a lot of  mula or money or whatever. I would then buy a mansion with an indoor pool and jacuzzi. I  would have my own spa and nail/hair salon. My mansion would have lots of rooms each with big flat screen TVs. I would always have parties and it would be awesome. I'd be living the life if it rained all the time.

Today is October 24, 2011. In 3 days it will be October 27, 2011. In 3 days and 12 years ago at 7:24 am in Wellington, New Zealand my mother was in labor. Not with my brother, no he came later, but ME!!! That's right in 3 days at 7:24 am I will be an official 12 year old!!! Yyyaaayyyy! I cannot wait until my birthday. Everyday taunts me 3 more days, 2 more days. Why can't it just be here. But then its over and there is another 365, Oh, wait 2012 is a leap year. Come on. :( 366 days. But the good part is that my birthday party is after my actual birthday so then it will be like having 2 birthdays. All my friends will come over and the only thing we can't do that night is have a boring time!!! Then I get even more presents and double birthdays! Oh wait I already said that. Well my brother is going to his friend's house so it can be an all girls night except for my dad. I'll get to do stuff with that only girls our age can do so I'm not only doing stuff people in their 40s know how to do. Then we'll all just be having a good time and have lots of candy. Then it will be Halloween and I'm going to be a dork. Tee-hee. I'll get even more candy. Wow! End of October is the best. So I'm waiting for my birthday, my birthday par-tay, and Halloween. Ooo, ooo, ooo, ooo, ooo!

Quick Write: Brand New Movie, Starring Me!

Here is my 24th Quick Write.
Tuesday.

If I were to make a brand new movie starring me, I would be a wizard. Not a Harry Potter wizard, but a Wizards of Waverley Place wizard. I would be able to poof up and away anything I want. But if I poof up or away something, it would have to come from or go somewhere. If I were to poof up money, it would come from drug dealers, so they couldn't sell or buy drugs, which would reduce the using of drugs. If I were to poof away something, I would poof away pollution and other bad things. I would have a twin sister and the movie series would be called The Super Sister Series! We would also have hypnosis, teleportation, and invisibility powers. We could fly, freeze or slow down time and we would would have extra speed and strength for P.E. It would be totally awesome if I was the star of a movie.

Quick Write: Favorite Movie

Here is my 23rd Quick Write.
Monday.

One of my favorite movies is Toy Story 3. Andy is leaving for college and is planning on keeping the toys away in the attic, all except for Woody. They are all accidentally put on the curb to be thrown away. The gang goes to a day-care instead where they meet new friends, including Lotso Huggin' Bear who smells like strawberries and runs the shindig. Woody feels that Andy still wants him and goes back while the others stay at day-care. Woody escapes and returns to day-care to save his friends, but Lots so isn't so nice anymore. The toys have discovered his dark side. Woody still has a plan. The toys have almost finished their escape, but Lotso catches them. He gets them into the garbage and they all go to they trash site. Luckily, they get out and take the trash truck back home. In the end, they all end u in the safe hands of Bonnie. Happily ever after. The End.

Figurative Language

My life is like a ride on the swing. Sometimes my life is great and I feel like I'm on top of the world. I'm doing great is school. I have many friends and none of them are mad at me and nor are my parents. That's, of course, where the swing goes forward and up. But whatever goes up must come down. The bad part of the swing ride is when the swing goes backwards and down and you can't see what' s coming. You could have a surprise test and you fail it  so your grade f=goes down and your parents get mad at you or one of your friends gives you the silent treatment for some reason you don't know. But then the swing goes up backwards and you get 100% on the surprise test and your parents are in a good mood so they take you out to dinner to your favorite place or you make a new friend out of nowhere. But then you see the swing go down and you see that test coming that you didm't study for and you see the bump in the road for your friendship and you see your parents are in a bad mood and you mess up and your just and ounce to heavy for that ice to skate on. Or you see that test that's a piece of cake and you see a friendship starting to develop and you see the good mood that your parents have been in recently and you do that little thing to truly make their day. So in the end your life may seem bumpy but you'll always end up on top of the world.

Sophie sings songs. She sometimes sings scary songs. She sang so sadly Saturday, Sheriff Sue sacrificed some she-men so she should survive. Sophie sobbed so Sheriff Sue should see Sophie. Suddenly, Sheriff Sue shared sandwiches so Sophie should smile. Soon Sami Snake showed so she should share sandwiches. Sophie sung sunny songs so Sheriff Sue shouldn't sob sadly.

The Theme

I think that the theme of the story is think before you act because what your doing may seem harmless but really 99.9999999999.........% of the time it will be harmful in ways you don't know or can't see.

Quick Write: Best Friend

Here is my 17th Quick Write.
FRIDAY!!!

Best friends. The closest friends to have. One of my best friends is like no other. She's funny and out-going. She has a punk-rocker-goth personality, but it doesn't look like she does. We have almost 2 completely different personalities. We're still funny and weird, in a good way of course, but have some different interests. We both like drama but we definitely have different tastes in music. She has many strengths like all friends. She's caring, reliable, and considerate. She's kind tries to become friends with everyone and keep them as friends but this is a drawback because if her friends are moving on, she'll try to stay friends with them for too long instead of just letting them go. So all in all her strengths out balance her weaknesses by far and she will stay in my heart for a long time.

Quick Write: Conversation

Here is my 16th Quick Write.
Thursday.

"Honey, I'm home," I almost whisper as I enter my beloved home. A sigh of relief flows out of my mouth as I smell the smell of home.
"How was your day?" He half states as his soft lips kiss my forehead.
I flop myself on the leather couch as a whip off my stilettos and massage my poor feet. I hate stilettos. "It was okay, but Jamie is going to Phoenix for 2 weeks so I'll be covering for her and doing extra work." I sigh partially disappointed.
"Well I got out of the studio early today so I was able to make you dinner." He attempts to cheer me up.
"Thank you baby." I hint a smile.
I walk in the room and see a room like no other. Hard to believe it was done by a 29 year old man.
"Oh, you didn't have to do this for me." I choke on my words ans feel like my job and work was nothing compared to this.
"But I did." He responds as he guides my to my chair and almost lays me down in my set like an angel.
"I sit down and look up still in amazement wondering what to say next, yet my next gesture is not a word.
He doesn't sit down but kneels down facing me and the chair. I could only imagine what he was to say next.
"Sophie,"
I put my hand over my mouth and start to cry with only the man a truly adore and love, and my heart.
"I have known you 7 wonderful years. We've had so many great memories and I couldn't be more lucky to have a woman like you. I think it's time we began a new chapter in our lives as fiances. So what do you say? Will you marry me Sophie?" He couldn't have stated the words more beautifully.
Still choked up, I can hardly push out those magical words, but I do, "Yes."
That night was so magical. I had the most beautiful dinner ever possible. He even got a beautiful cake from the most famous, beautiful cake shop. The words I Love You were elegantly strung on the cake. The night was so special. We just cuddled. I cried and he protected me like a fierce warrior willing to do anything for me. I couldn't believe that he was mine and I was his. It was a dream come true. The only 2 other magical words he could say when we were standing hand in hand facing each other just thinking about our lives together.... and the minister asked, "Do you, Sophie Jonette Sarah Lawrence, take Justin Drew Bieber to be your lawfully wedded husband"
"I do."
"And do you, Justin Drew Bieber, take Sophie Jonette Sarah Lawrence to be your lawfully wedded wife"
"I do."
"You may kiss the bride."
....those were the only more magical words that were soon to come that would make e feel like I'm on top of the world.
 

Quick Write: Tying My Shoes

Here is my 15th Quick Write.
HUMP-DAY!

1. the first step to tying shoelaces is taking the 2 laces
2. hold the left lace in your left hand and the right lace in your right hand
3. take the right lace and bend it like a 7, the part of the 7 that sticks out to the left should be behind the left lace
4. wrap the left lace around the 7 ,the part that sticks out, once
5. pull the laces (left to the left, right to the right)
6. take the laces and fold them to make them look like bunny ear.
7. take the right "bunny ear" and bend it to look like a 7, the part of the 7 that sticks out to the left should be behind the left "ear"
8. wrap the left "ear" around the part of the 7 , the part that sticks out to the left, once.
9. pull both "ears" to the side (left to the laft and right to the right.)
10. Voila! If you interpreted my instructions correctly then your shoelaces should be tied.

Quick Write: Following Directions

Here is my 14th Quick Write
Tuesday

Following directions is not my best strenght. I can normally follow directions from teachers pretty well but when it comes to directions at home, that is where I have trouble. It is important to be able to follow directions because if it is for school and you don't do the instructions correctly then your grade could go down. If you don't follow directions at home then you could get grounded and just isn't fun. For the future, if you don't follow directions given to you by your boss then your hard work could be useless and you could even get fired. Following directions in life is very important.

Quick Write: Tell the Whole World

THIS IS WHERE THE 3RD GRADING SESSION STARTS!!!!!
Here is my 13th Quick Write.
Monday

1. There is a small idea to help the poor economy. Less days of postal service! There would be more employees driving around more trucks but less days of postal service. The postal service would pay their employees a certain amount of money so that it is decent but not paying more than they were or the same as they were. Hopefully this would lead to more ideas to help the economy. Remember, one million starts with one.
2. It is impossible to be double jointed, you're only able to do really cool stuff with your thumb.
3. It is my birthday soon and I like Pillow Pets and Wuggle Pets.
4. Come see my school plays at Hale Charter Academy, Woodland Hills, CA.
5. Specifically to Justin Bieber that he's invited to my birthday party.
6. Starbucks Hot Chocolate is too chocolatey.
7. Little brothers always get away with things.
8. Purple dinosaurs and marshmallows taste good
9. Cleaning out the cat litter is annoying and always takes 5 precious minutes out of my day, but having the company of Snowflake, my Siamese kitten, is great.
10. Justin Bieber is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO(gasp)OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute and is a great singer. He has a great personality. I want to marry him and I seriously have feelings for him. I would go into critical conditions just so he could live because I know that there are a bajillion other girls that love him too but I think I am the tall red head that stands out in the crowd.

Priscilla and the Wimps

Monk. The big man on campus. He runs the school and if you don't pay your dues, then you'll go home different than you left it. Then there was Priscilla who set Monk straight. One day the Kobras, Monk's pose, swggered over to Melvin, Priscilla's friend. One of the Kobras came walking down the hall after school one day and put a hand around Melvin's neck and slammed him against his locker. He asked him for his pass. They cost a buck and in that school, if you don't have a pass, your in trouble.

"Let's see your pass," the Kobra nearly demanded.

"For what this time?"

"Let's say its a dwarf tax, for very short people."

He reached for his wallet with the hand that wasn't around Melvin's neck. Quicker than the eye, bam, Priscilla chops the hand holding the grip on Melvin's neck. The hallway was silent, dead silent. No-one had ever dare lay a hand on Monk or the Kobras. 

"Who's your leader, wimp?"

"Monk Klutter."

"Send him to me."

Monk slides up and jerks his head. The Kobras slither off.

"Who here hasn't heard of Monk Klutter?"

"Never heard of him."

"You're gonna have to educate your girlfriend."

He reaches for Melvin but never quite makes it.

In no time Monk is in her locker. Priscilla slams the door shut and strolls out of school. It snows that night, a blizzard and school closes for a week.

So whose fault is it that Monk is in the locker. Well Priscilla jammed him in the locker but if Monk and the Kobras weren't such jerks, then that probably wouldn't have happened.  "The gang he ran, which ran the school for him...."This shows that Monk was the head of the jerk group but the Kobras were still big jerks, especially because they have the power to run the school. This proves that they are the BMOC and  they are "to cool for school". "Every guy in school could show you his scars. Fang marks from the Kobras you might say." This also means, that besides from having a pose and being giagantor jerks, they also harassed kids if they didn't pay up and on a regular basis too. So you might say that it was Priscilla's actions who put Monk in the locker, but from being such a jerk and running a pose who run the school, he definitely "got himself" thrown into a locker, and by a girl.
